The Milini Woodless Charcoal Pencils are an artist quality charcoal pencil with a UV protective coating in lace of traditional wood. This protective layer reduces the amount of residue on your hands making what would normally be a messy task with charcoal, is now a lot easier and cleaner.

Charcoal pencils provide more control over your marks allowing you to create an array of rich and dark tones, as well as thin lines and bold ones. They are suitable for sketching, drawing and smudging.

Even in pencil form, charcoal is delicate, so these can still break if dropped. Sharpen with care.

When working with charcoal, it is best to apply a spray fixative to your artwork once complete to avoid any smudging or charcoal dust ruining your drawing.
