GOLDEN Pumice Gel Mediums

GOLDEN Pumice Gels are a great medium for using as a drawing ground, with a variety of textures available. These Pumice Gels are made from volcanic rock mixed with an acrylic binder, allowing artists to alter their surface texture before starting to work.

GOLDEN Pumice Gels introduce a coarse sandpaper-like texture to surfaces, which help add dimension to your paintings They’re also great for mixed-media works and as a surface texture for drawing with pastels. Once dry, the Pumice Gels have a lot of tooth.

GOLDEN Pumice Gels mix well with GOLDEN Acrylic Colours, and the textures will dry to a hard film ready for painting or drawing on. They are a strong and durable medium which will dry to an absorbent matt layer. To increase their flexibility, mix GOLDEN Pumice Gels with other GOLDEN Gels or mediums.

It is recommended you apply GOLDEN Pumice Gels with palette knives to your surface. The gels are simple to clean with soap and water before they dry on your tools.
