GOLDEN Heavy Gels are ideal for adding body to your acrylic paints and building texture in your artworks. With a thicker consistency than GOLDEN Heavy Body Paints, this transparent gel is excellent for holding peaks and textures when added to paint.

GOLDEN Heavy Gels are a great way of increasing the body of your acrylic paints, allowing you to build texture in your artworks. It will also change the finish of your paints to a gloss, semi-gloss, or matte finish depending on the option you choose. The GOLDEN Heavy Gels will dry clear to a flexible layer with no cracking and is water, chemical, and UV resistant.

Simply mix GOLDEN Heavy Gel into your paint and apply to your surface with a brush or palette knife.

GOLDEN Gel Mediums are essentially colourless paint, using the same 100% acrylic polymers used in paint. They make great adhesives for collage & mixed media applications as well as for use mixed with paints.
