Global Colours Gloss Medium & Varnish

Global Colours Gloss Medium & Varnish is a concentrated glazing medium that will produce a clear UV-safe, non-yellowing protective coating for your artworks. Global Colours Gloss Medium & Varnish is a multipurpose water-based medium that is a useful addition to any art stash.

The high gloss finish is suitable for use as a varnish on porous surfaces such as canvas, hardboards, murals and more. Apply in long, even strokes with a wide varnish brush. Allow to dry for 24 hours before re-coating.

When mixed with acrylic paints, Global Colours Gloss Medium & Varnish may be used to create transparent glaze effects or increase the gloss and transparency of your paint. Mix the medium into your paint at a ratio of 1:1 to use in this way.

Global Colours Gloss Medium & Varnish also has excellent adhesive qualities and is ideally suited as a glue for collage techniques or as a transfer medium directly from the bottle.

Clean up of this medium is simple with just soap and water.
