Colours can even be mixed on the page to achieve a painterly effect and allowing you to extend your colour palette with ease. A solvent medium can also be applied to your colour for further effects.

The thick 4mm core of Derwent Lightfast pencils allows for smooth, rich, even colour application. With their opaque laydown, dark colours applied with a precise fine point will sit over lighter shades for effective outlining and defining negative space.

Derwent Lightfast pencils comply with ASTM D6901, the international standard for lightfast testing. Lightfastness may be affected if mixed with other products.
