Caran d'Ache Neocolor II Water-Soluble Wax Pastel Sets

Explore water-soluble colour and experiment with the highly pigmented Caran d'Ache Neocolor II Wax Oil Pastel Sets. Perfect for dry drawing, or transform with water for fluid expressive watercolour effects, blending, underpainting or mixed-media techniques, these watersoluble wax crayons can be used on a variety of different surfaces.

Use the Caran d'Ache Neocolor II Wax Oil Pastels directly for bold, colourful drawing or add water to soften marks, create washes and move pigment across the surface. Experiment with layering, blending, colour mixing and expressive mark-making to discover different ways of working. The soft, velvety texture offers excellent covering power without creating dust, while the highly pigmented colours provide a bright, satisfying result.
