Artroc Plaster Bandage Roll
Description
Using just a small amount of water to active, Artroc Plaster Bandages can be placed over a model or mould to create a hard, plaster form. A unique construction material, Artroc Plaster Bandages can be used to create models and sculptures. Use it as a stand-alone material or in conjunction with wire, papier maché or a mould.
To use:
- Using strong shears, cut the ArtRoc cloth into smaller strips.
- Activate the ArtRoc by dipping it into water.
- Gently squeeze out any excess water.
- Layer the Artroc cloth over your model or mould.
- Allow to dry. Drying time will vary depending on room temperature and how many layers of ArtRoc have been used. It will take approximately 6 – 8 hours for three layers of ArtRoc to dry in a moderate room temperature of around 20°C.
Care instructions: DO NOT throw the ArtRoc water down domestic sinks as the plaster residue will block drains; throw the water outside into a garden. Be careful to have a well-ventilated area. Encourage the children not to shake the ArtRoc, as excessive plaster powder will be released into the air. This is not good for breathing or for cleaning.
