Ampersand Museum Series Pastelbord is a durable, versatile surface ideal for wet or dry pastel techniques. With a clay and gesso coating and a granular marble dust finish, it is comparable to a sanded pastel paper.
The fine grain surface holds a significant amount of pastel layers, colours stay rich, vibrant and blend beautifully. Archival and acid-free with a non-yellowing pH neutral coating.
Ampersand Museum Series Pastelbord is also suitable for use with coloured pencils and acrylics.
