The 4M French Knit Butterfly Kit has been specifically designed for children to make their own yarn butterflies using the French knit technique. This technique involves wrapping yarn around a French knitting tool instead of needles. It is an ideal introduction to knitting whilst building confidence prior to attempting larger projects or moving onto knitting with needles. Knitting is an excellent craft activity to improve concentration whilst also enhancing hand-eye coordination.
