What should I do if my package appears damaged?
At Eckersley's we understand that our creative customers need to receive their products in perfect condition, but we need your help!
- Report any damage to the outside of the carton to the courier when you sign for the delivery. The courier will make a note of the damage and confirm the details with you before leaving.
- Report the condition of the goods inside the carton by emailing [email protected] and include if possible an image of the packaging and any damaged items.
